"Kim isn’t a liable agent. She doesn’t respond back to calls or emails. The staff is constantly changing in her office so their emails bounce back on numerous occasions as well. Even when they do respond to phone calls they won’t email you the information requested or have Kim call back. She always seems to be away from her desk Def not the kind of agent you want cause she’s never there ironically"
