Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate as a trainer and also spent time as a team member. When the opportunity arose to open my own agency in my hometown of Atlanta, I knew it was the right path.I graduated from Georgia Southern, and earlier in my career I worked in local television doing sports and weather—an experience that taught me how to communicate clearly, think on my feet, and connect with people.I offer PTO, life and disability coverage, a 401k, health benefits, and strong work-life balance. Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
